There is a commonly held belief that part of what is holding back the systems change we seek is a question of power, privilege and bias. Who has the power, who doesn't, what we as changemakers can do personally, organisationally, as a field. We need to all understand what this means and take steps to address the inequities within our own processes.
This working session will provide a space to understand some of these unspoken barriers and co-create a set of action pathways, enabling the field to transition from ‘power over’ to ‘power with’.
