Kelly Roberts-Robbins

Senior Consulting Director, SAGANA

Kelly Roberts-Robbins serves as Senior Consulting Director at Sagana.  Throughout her career, Kelly has focused on gender lens investing, gender smart banking, and impact measurement and management. 

Kelly is passionate about strategy development through impact assessments, and efficient interventions that improve impact and business performance.  She delivers technical assistance on gender, LGBTQI, and racial justice, and other cross-sector impact themes.  She and her team design impact measurement systems for investors, funds, foundations, and companies.  

Previous to Sagana, Kelly was an Associate Director at Palladium Impact Capital.  Over her 10 years with this team and its predecessors at Enclude and ShoreBank International, her projects included gender gap assessments of 30+ financial institutions in 15+ countries, and impact measurement and management systems projects for 10+ leading impact investing actors.  Before entering impact investing, Kelly focused on gender justice topics in academia and the non-profit sector.

Kelly has a Master’s in Philosophy (Legal Ethics) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  She serves on investment advisory councils and industry-wide committees, which currently includes the GenderSmart Investing Summit Content Team.  Kelly is a mentor for scaling businesses through the Santa Clara Miller Center.  She is based in Berlin, Germany.
