Our plenary during the opening session of the GenderSmart virtual programme took attendees to a place of imagination - a more inclusive, just, resilient and sustainable world we have collectively created in 2030. This is a world in which gender-smart investing has played a role to leverage finance as a tool for social change and positive strides in gender equality have been made on all fronts - from boardrooms to inclusive workplaces, supply chains and across the allocation spectrum. Against this backdrop, each of our three speakers, representing the voices of different capital types and perspectives, present a retrospective of the investment strategies and actions they took to help get us there.
