Gilles leads the Power & Utilities team in Southeast Asia, working with governments, utilities and other private sector clients on all aspects of the electricity value chain across investment, financing and strategy. 

Gilles has over two decades of experience in the Asian power markets, initially as a banker and now as a consultant. He has helped clients develop over 20,000 MW of thermal and renewable energy capacity and raised over US$30 billion of debt and equity capital. He provides management consulting services to boards and the C-suite to create shareholder value, assists clients in their transition to renewable energy and a low carbon economy, and advises on project development and financing.
