She is currently Gender and Business Advisor with Value for Women, working with diverse ecosystem actors to increase gender equity in the private sector in the global south. Previously, she led Root Capital's global Impact team and gender lens investing initiative. She holds expertise in innovative and impact-linked finance, gender lens investing, and impact measurement and management.
