Najada Kumbuli

Head of Investments, Visa Foundation

As Head of Investments for the Visa Foundation, Najada is responsible for the management of the Foundation’s endowment. She leads all investment activity in support of the Foundation’s mission to enable equitable access to capital for women and underrepresented entrepreneurs globally.

Previously, Najada served as Investment Director for Calvert Impact Capital where she led the development and execution of several investment strategies, structured complex investment transactions with other private and public investors, and managed the financial and impact performance within the financial inclusion and renewable energy portfolios globally.

Originally from Albania, Najada received a B.A. in Economics from Macalester College and resides in Washington, D.C.
