Rowena Reyes

Director, Sweef Capital

As a Director of the firm and senior member of the investment team, Rowena is actively involved in building Sweef Capital’s investment approach and deal pipeline and proud to lead their coverage in her home country of the Phlippines.  She has been actively involved in developing Sweef’s impact frameworks and diversity and inclusion tools.

Sweef’s focus on enabling women to realise their potential as leaders and agents of change in their communities draws on Rowena’s experience in corporate development, M&A and capital markets investment and divestment across Southeast Asia and as an entrepreneur and founder of Crossborder Ventures, a corporate and hospitality sector-focused import & export business, developing and managing global distribution networks.  

Rowena has held roles with KPMG Singapore and BDO Capital in Manila. She has an MBA in Accounting from Fordham University, New York and BS in Economics from University of the Philippines.  She passed the CMFAS Examination on Rules and Regulations for Advising on Corporate Finance and trained in Negotiation Skills for Corporate Financiers and in building and reviewing financial models.
