Anne-Marie Lévesque is Director, Gender and Impact Management at FinDev Canada, Canada’s bilateral development finance institution (DFI), where she oversees the implementation of FinDev Canada’s Gender Equality Strategy, Development Impact Framework and Environmental and Social Policy.
A feminist anthropologist by training, Rebecca has spent decades leading gender and inclusion focused research, training, evaluations, designs, strategy development, and project implementation based on a deep contextual understanding of intersectional identities and power dynamics, social and gender norms, and political economy issues.
Hamza is a Partnership Officer at the International Development Research Centre, the Canadian Government’s development research agency that champions and funds research and innovation in developing regions to drive global change. Hamza has 15 years of experience managing development aid programs overseas and mobilizing bilateral and multilateral resourcing for critical development challenges, including advising developing country governments on policy reform.
