She is the Principal at the Africa Trust Group that takes a holistic approach to investing in women by investing in both the woman entrepreneur and the enterprise; and facilitating their access to markets and critical business tools. She is the Operating Partner for the US based Enygma Ventures Fund that is focused on investing in women entrepreneurs in SADC.

After some 20 years in investment banking and financial communications, Patricia Hamzahee now helps social enterprises attract private capital and advises private capital providers on their responsible investment strategies. Through Extend Ventures, she is also working to diversify access to funding for Black and ethnic minority businesses.
Dondi was one of the first Indonesians to work in early-stage investing (since 2011), in addition to launching a startup accelerator focusing on impact businesses. To jumpstart the Indonesian entrepreneurship ecosystem, he was also involved in setting up Jakarta’s first co-working space in 2013. Dondi is currently a Partner at Patamar Capital, leading investments in Southeast Asia. Patamar has fully implemented gender lens investment since 2017.
