Katharine supports the execution of the Gender strategy at BII, focusing on gender data collection and impact measurement. She is co-chair of the Impact Measurement and Management Working Group of the Gender Finance Collaborative and sits on the Working Group for the HIPSO Gender metrics. She has experience working both in the impact investing and women’s entrepreneurship space, previously at Calvert Impact Capital and Cherie Blair Foundation for Women.
